John Polk received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1973. He is a retired Major with 20 years Active Army and USAR service, and is an active member of the Disabled Veterans Association. For the last 26 years, John has been working in the technology field providing solutions to individuals’ equipment needs.

John Polk provides appropriate adaptive solutions for individuals with low vision and blindness in Wisconsin. John is also involved in installing low vision equipment and training clients on their use.
