About ATR

In 1995, Phil Dellegrazio started ATR with the goal of meeting the needs of people with disabilities through adaptive technology. Having had years of experience in the optical industry, Phil decided to integrate his commitment to customer satisfaction with quality products and services to provide a solution for those with varying capabilities.

Besides providing necessary products for clients with special needs, ATR also provides professional evaluations conducted by ATP* certified Occupational Therapists, training in adaptive software and hardware, and excellent follow-up services. We have had long term relationships with County, State and Federal Agencies, such as:

• Wisconsin Department of Vocational Rehabilitation
• Veterans Administration in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois & Indiana
• Public and Private K-12 Schools and Colleges & Universities throughout Wisconsin
• Office of the Blind & Visually Impaired
• Independent Living Centers

Meet Our Staff!

Our staff of 16 includes licensed Occupational Therapists, Certified Dragon and Kurzweil Trainers, Blindness Product Specialist, Low Vision Representatives, Certified Ergonomic Specialists, and fifteen years of experience in meeting the needs of individuals with disabilities in a timely, cost effective, and professional manner.
