About ATR

ATR is dedicated to assisting people with varying abilities in regaining their independence and providing a new way to look at life!

In 1995, Phil and Cindy Dellegrazio started ATR with the goal of meeting the needs of people with disabilities through adaptive technology. Having had years of experience in the optical industry, Phil decided to integrate his commitment to customer satisfaction with quality products and services to provide a solution for those with varying capabilities.

As President of ATR, Cindy Dellegrazio brings with her experience in project management and social services.  As General Manager of ATR, Cynthia manages the daily operations of the corporation, supervises ATR’s marketing efforts and is responsible for all Human Resource functions.  ATR is a certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE).

ATR provides adaptive products and services for clients with special needs, and also conducts professional evaluations conducted by ATP* certified Occupational Therapists.  We offer individual and group professional development for a variety of software and hardware solutions. We have had long term relationships with County, State and Federal Agencies, such as:

• Wisconsin Department of Vocational Rehabilitation
• Veterans Administration in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois & Indiana
• Public and Private K-12 Schools and Colleges & Universities throughout Wisconsin
• Office of the Blind & Visually Impaired

Meet Our Staff!

Our staff of 18 includes licensed Occupational Therapists, Certified Dragon and Kurzweil Trainers, Certified Trainers in reading interventions from MindPlay, Blindness Product Specialist, Low Vision Service Providers, Certified Ergonomic Specialists, and sixteen years of experience in meeting the needs of individuals with disabilities in a timely, cost effective, and professional manner.
