Michael Ritchie attended the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point, going on to complete his undergrad studies at Vanguard University in Southern California.  He acquired two post graduate degrees, including an MBS from Calvary Chapel in Costa Mesa, CA.   He has since relocated to his beloved Midwest and has settled back in Central Wisconsin.   

He brings with him more nearly three decades of managerial experience with companies such as Disney, Northern Telecom, and NSI, an international telecommunication company with strategic partnerships in Europe, South America, Asia, and several Pacific rim nations.  As president, he founded and developed NSI for seven years, before selling it to investors.

Michael manages the Sales and Training Divisions at Adaptive Technology Resources.  He has been on the leading edge of technology the past twenty years with his association with industry leaders and is assisting ATR and his staff, bringing the finest and best solutions to end-users in life impacting products, training, and services.
