Online Orders and Payments

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments. We do not currently accept American Express or Discover.

When you make an online purchase, we will authorize your credit card to verify it is a valid card.  Your billing address and the address your credit card statement is sent to must match. If it does not, your order will not process. You must enter the CVV on the back of your card for your order to process. The CVV is the three digit number on the back of your credit card near where you sign the card.  We do not charge your credit card until the order ships.

We accept payment by check. We do not ship orders until the check has cleared the banking system.

Purchase Orders from schools, government agencies and businesses can be faxed to Adaptive Technology Resources at 262-375-6777 or emailed to info@AdaptiveTR.com.

Cancelling Orders

Cancellations may be made within 24 hours of submitting the order.

Return Policy

Adaptive Technology Resources wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund of the purchase price. Items returned must be in new condition and must be returned in their original packaging in order to qualify for a full refund. In addition, any items returned that have been installed, or arrive in packaging other than the original packaging may be eligible for partial refund at our discretion. Return postage is paid by the customer. No refunds, replacements or exchanges can be honored until the merchandise has been returned to us. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the purchase or a check will be issued. The amount of the refund will be the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact Customer Service at Adaptive Technology Resources for a Return Authorization Number prior to return of any items.

**If shipping damage is suspected, please save original packaging and contact us immediately for instructions regarding the return of this merchandise.

Items that do NOT have a 30 day return policy include COMPUTER SOFTWARE. Please be sure when ordering software that it is what you intended to purchase. If you have any questions about the software, please call Adaptive Technology Resources Customer Service for assistance.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders will ship via standard delivery typically within 4 to 7 days. Some exceptions may apply and you will receive an email if a back order occurs.

If an item is software which is downloadable from the internet and requires an authorization code, you will be contacted by email with the correct authorization code once your payment has been processed.

Most shipping will be completed through United Parcel Service (UPS). Occasionally if it is more expedient, we will ship items via U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
