Written Evaluation Reports

Written Evaluation Reports detailing assistive technology options, a client’s ability to use them, and related home or work-site solutions are provided after on-site evaluations are completed. The report will be delivered electronically (email) or in hard copy (U.S. mail or fax) based upon counselor’s preference. When appropriate, digital photographs will compliment reports providing a visual “assessment and solutions walk-through”. Of course, our staff will be available for continued telephone support and consultation to both the client and the contracted agency.
