Linda Gross received her education in Business Administration from Lakeland College. She possesses a State of Wisconsin Technical College Teaching Certificate with a Master certification in Microsoft Office. For the last seven years, Linda has been teaching computer classes. She currently teaches a Microcomputer Business Applications course at Waukesha County Technical College and has taught in other facilities as well. She has expert knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Project, QuickBooks and Windows 95/98, XP & Vista operating systems. Linda is working with ATR clients who have low vision, learning and cognitive challenges, traumatic brain injury, and mobility impairments.
